Frontier Express provides global freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and supply chain management services. All quotes provided via the Site are estimates and are subject to change based on actual cargo weight, dimensions, final route, and applicable customs tariffs or regulatory fees at the time of transit.

• We reserve the right to refuse shipment of prohibited items, including hazardous materials not properly declared, illegal substances, and restricted goods.
• Delivery timelines provided via our tracking system are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a formalized premium shipping contract.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all customs documentation provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
3. You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

4. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We utilize manual and automated payment verification systems. Shipments will not be dispatched until payment is verified and cleared in our system. We reserve the right to place a hold on shipments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
